ABOUT ME
I am an intuitive mental health coach. My approach centers on guiding you toward healing by helping you access personal insights and your own deeper wisdom.
My work incorporates modalities like Strengths-Based Coaching, The Three Principles Method, and Mindfulness Meditation. Since each person and situation is unique, our work together will be a dynamic, evolving dialogue, and I may incorporate other modalities as needed.
I specialize in working with topics like anxiety, self-worth, body shame/dysmorphia, and relationship dynamics (both monogamous and non-monogamous). I also help people gain clarity on their vision for the future, break it down into actionable steps, and build the habits and mindset to bring it to life. Through this process, they develop a deeper understanding of themselves, create meaningful change, and establish new behaviors that align with their goals. The coaching space is a supports exploration and growth, helping my clients navigate challenges with curiosity and kindness.
I strongly believe in your capacity to heal and achieve mental well-being. My role is simply to help you reconnect with what you already know deep within.
